Always Wear Your Helmet

Off-season is winding down and it is time to quit being so scattered.  To quit being so lackadaisical.  Time to get cranking, or something like that.  I need laser focus for the mission that I am going to take on.  Focus.  Here it is.

So, under some expert help, my first phase is to engage a stronger core.  This is not to be taken lightly.  You must focus.  You must be serious.  You must be dedicated.  And, you must use necessary precautions.  Safety first at all times.  I am a cyclist, and I need to be careful when exercising other disciplines!

 Always wear your helmet whenever possible.
